The planner will be printed and shipped from Lulu. Because they are printed specifically for you, it will take 7-14 business days to ship do to processing and printing time. This has also been slower due to COVID-19 restrictions. We do not handle this part of the process and therefore are unable to give you a better time frame or update on your planner.
I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because of the print-on-demand process, we are using this year, the company we are using do not allow cancelations, returns, or changes to the order once it has been placed.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Again, because of the print-on-demand process, we are using this year, we do not keep inventory on hand nor sell from inventory in stock. We would have no place to accept a return or a way to resell it. Therefore, we do not allow cancelations, returns, or changes to the order once it has been placed.
I LIKE THIS PLANNER BUT I DON'T WRITE FICTION. IS THIS STILL A GOOD FIT FOR ME?
There are about 14 pages are specifically geared toward writing fiction but the other 382 pages translate very well to nonfiction writing or any creative pursuit you might have.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
This year I am pleased to announce that Lulu does print in a variety of countries outside the United States making international selling possible. If it isn't working for your country, please contact us at planner@mybooktherapy.com
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE COPIES?
Yes. We are now offering a bulk order discount. Please contact us at planner@mybooktherapy.com with the number you want to buy and we will send you a discount code to use at check out.
DO YOU CUSTOMIZE PLANNERS?
We do not provide customized planners, but our simple design allows you to add your own personalization according to your needs and unique lifestyle! And with the 6 cover options, three size and binding options, dated or undated, and with the inspiration pages to no inspiration pages there are a total of 120 different variations to choose from.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer an actual card. However, this year we are happy to provide digital gift cards that will contain a code to be used at check out. Please contact us at planner@mybooktherapy.com and we can help you make it happen.
IS THERE A NUMBER I CAN CALL TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT?
As a small company, we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls at the moment. And like you, our staff is made of writers who are busy writing. We want to be able to give your questions the time and attention they deserve. You may email any question to planner@mybooktherapy.com
DO SHARPIES BLEED THROUGH THE PAGES?
Sharpies (and other permanent markers) bleed through the pages, however water-based pens DO NOT. We at My Book Therapy personally LOVE the Paper Mate InkJoy Gel pens or the Piolet G2 pens. They are fantastic tools for those love to plan in many colors. They can be found at a variety of retail stores including Walmart, Target, and Staples.
CAN I OFFER A SUGGESTION FOR NEXT YEAR'S PLANNER?
Absolutely! Several changes to the planner this year came from feedback from users who reached out. We can't promise it will be incorporated but we do take every suggestion into consideration. Just email all suggestions to planner@mybooktherapy.com
